Intentional Mama Circle

Join our Intentional Mama Circle - Connect with others in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share the ups and downs of motherhood while receiving encouragement and support from other mothers within the community. Children are welcome and encouraged to come. Community for them is equally important as it is for us. WHAT TO EXPECT Each gathering is two hours long. (Allows for buffer time with littles and intentional time) After a grounding practice, the space is opened for sharing with one another our current joys and struggles, and then we will focus in and engage on that week's reflection, as well as mindfulness/wellness practices. Toys, activities, and refreshments will be provided. Please let us know of any allergies.
